It was told that the operator of USB Corporation, Shahid Enterprises and Mr. Balaji Corpsers had cheated Rs 1 crore 18 lakh 35 thousand 239 by presenting fake DDs in the name of depositing a monthly fees for setting up stalls at Abu Road railway station. While investigating the case, the GRP police arrested CC Babu along with the then station manager of Abuode. GRP police said that the then Abu Road railway station manager Mahendra Pratap son Devnath Singh resident Sirohi and CC Babu Nityanand son Badri Yadav resident of Bihar Hall resident Abu Road have been arrested for cheating. The GRP said that during the interrogation, the then station managers Mahendra Pratap and Babu Nityanand accepted the fake DD in connection with the fees of the stall at Abu Road railway station via public servant and had caused financial loss with the railway department. The GRP said that the role of other employees in the case is also being investigated, they will also be arrested if they are found guilty in the investigation.
