What if a company promising to help you lose weight… is actually emptying your bank account instead?

A shocking cyber fraud case has surfaced from Surat, where Surat Cyber Crime Police has exposed a massive scam linked to a fake company called Curest Science & Wellness Private Limited.

According to investigators, the company was luring people by offering weight loss medicines and health treatment packages, but behind the scenes, it was allegedly running a well-planned fraud operation.

In one shocking case, a complainant reportedly lost more than ₹1 crore 77 lakh within just five months after being trapped in this scheme.

As the investigation moved forward, police traced the network to Gurugram, Haryana, where a large call center with nearly 150 callers and staff members was operating this scam on a massive scale.

Police believe many more victims may have been targeted through fake health promises and misleading offers. Investigation is still underway, and bigger revelations are expected soon.

And a reminder to everyone…

Do not trust misleading online offers or miracle health products blindly. Stay alert, stay safe.
