"A student movement at Delhi's Jantar Mantar once sparked a nationwide debate that, within just 25 days, led to calls for the resignation of the country's Education Minister. Now, another student protest over recruitment examinations in Jharkhand is drawing attention. But what makes this movement stand out? No political platform... no violence... no vandalism... just a peaceful and disciplined protest.

The students' protest in Jharkhand over alleged irregularities in the JPSC and JSSC recruitment examinations has now entered its 11th day. As part of their agitation, two male students and two female students have begun an indefinite hunger strike.

The protesters are demanding an impartial investigation into the alleged irregularities in the recruitment exams, strict action against those found responsible, and greater transparency throughout the recruitment process.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Hemant Soren has stated that the government is taking the matter seriously and that appropriate action will be taken in accordance with the law once the investigation report is received.

However, the protesting students say they will continue their movement until concrete action is taken on their demands.

One of the defining features of this protest is its peaceful, disciplined, and non-political nature. The students are raising their concerns through democratic means while emphasizing accountability and transparency.

The protesters have also announced plans for a Tiranga March and a march towards the State Assembly in the coming days as part of their ongoing campaign.

The key question now is: Will the government take a major decision soon, or will the protest continue for a longer period? Only time will provide the answer."
